How do I enroll in a course?
Open the course page and choose Enroll. You'll need to be logged in.
Free courses unlock straight away. For a paid course, transfer the course fee to the bank account shown on the enroll page, then upload your payment screenshot there. Your course unlocks once our team verifies the payment.

Do I need an account to see course details?
No. Every course page is public. You only need an account to enroll, pay, or open the lessons.

Who is eligible to join a course?
Each course states its intended audience and eligibility on its own page.
Clinical and therapeutic skill courses are meant for appropriately qualified professionals, practitioners and eligible students, who must work within their lawful professional scope.

Are the classes live or recorded?
Lessons are pre-recorded and self-paced, so you can study at any time.
If a course includes an in-person practical workshop, its city, venue and date are shared separately.

What does Al Hadid Membership include?
While your membership is active, you can study the courses in the catalog from your dashboard. The price and billing period are shown on the Membership page.
You can cancel any time. Cancelling stops future billing; you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
