This Privacy Policy applies to alhadid.org, the Al Hadid learning management system (LMS), and related services operated by Al Hadid Complementary Medicine Academy (SMC-Private) Limited and Al Hadid NLP & Silva School (SMC-Private) Limited, together operating as “Al Hadid”.
By using our website, creating an account, enrolling in a program, or contacting our team, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.

- Account details: name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, and password (stored securely, never in plain text).
- Enrollment and payment details: program of interest, profession, payment method reference, and transaction status. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Contact and advisor inquiries: name, contact details, profession, program interest, and message content submitted through forms or WhatsApp.
- Usage data: pages viewed, course progress, device/browser type, and approximate location, collected via standard analytics tools.
- LMS activity: lesson progress, quiz results, and certificate completion records tied to your account.
How we use your information
We use collected information to:
- Process enrollment, payments, and access to purchased or subscribed courses.
- Issue and verify certificates of completion.
- Respond to inquiries and connect you with an advisor.
- Improve course content, site performance, and learner experience.
- Send enrollment, payment, and course-related communication (not unsolicited marketing beyond what you opt into).
Sharing of information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with: payment processors necessary to complete a transaction, our technology partner for LMS hosting and support, and staff/advisors directly handling your enrollment or inquiry. We may disclose information if required by law.

We retain enrollment, payment, and certificate records for as long as needed to honor certificate verification and legal/accounting requirements. We use industry-standard safeguards (encrypted storage, access controls) to protect your data, though no online system can guarantee absolute security.
